Posture Alignment

Through a series of reclining passive poses - IPATH allows the body to reset into natural alignment and heal from accumulated bad posture habits. Look thinner, younger and taller.

IPATH is more than just a class or practice, but a self understanding of how our own bodies work. Through better sleep habits and small changes to our daily lives, IPATH creates sustainable change.

What is IPATH®?

Restoring natural back/body alignment so our bodies can remain independent for our longer lives.

As our posture deteriorates, joints become restricted and the difference between tense and weak muscles creates stress. These imbalances, stiffness, and loss of motion lead to overcompensation and pain signals throughout the body. 

Based on our growing knowledge of the human body, IPATH® integrates Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Pranayama (breathwork), and Alignment Techniques to break down layers of accumulated bad habits and build strategic muscle strength.


The IPATH® Method is unique not because we begin with a myofascial release- but because we don't leave you there! The practice allows the body to reset to the most natural and efficient shape with bone alignment and manipulation through intentional breathwork and relaxation, allowing for permanent transformations. IPATH® is designed to work with all bodies, levels of mobility and fitness.
